The reception staff, were fabulous and very accommodating, after my husband had a medical emergency two days into our 8 day stay, which resulted in him being admitted to hospital for 15 days and our stay being extended to 20 days.

Staff were so helpful. We were there for the Townsville V8's and were only a 20 minute walk away. Apartment was very large with balcony and terrific view out over the marina. Palmer Street had numerous dining facilities, Ferry terminal close by and also the bus Terminal was about 10 minutes walk away, so everything was really handy. When Qantas cancelled our flight back on Monday we were worried but Park Regis went out of their way to accommodate us for another night.

Unit was clean. Reception Staff went above and beyond to help as my plans looked like they were going to extend due to bad weather, luckily I didn’t need it but they had me sorted in an upgraded room for the original price of the cheaper unit and they didn’t have to. Cleaning Staff also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy (everyday) with my towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, coffee, sugar, milk and a freshly tidied unit.

Apartments very handy to restaurants and easy walk over Victoria Bridge to CBD. The pool was quite pleasant for a cool off. Bed was very comfortable and the laundry within the unit was appreciated. Good large deck out front and great parking

Great location! Opposite the marina and an easy walk into town. Good choice of restaurants close by. Staff are lovely and helpful. Secure parking was a bonus. Great balcony and good to have kitchen facilities.

My room is 2 single bed but each bed has good size which is good for big guy (well i am not big) and 2 pillows each. Nothing cooking facilities or microwave, there are refridge & jug, a hotel room which is good enough for short stay. Walk-in bathroom, my window facing empty ground and the city, quiet, clean. I was allowed for early check-in 11.30am 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Palmer Street is known for restaurants/cafes and 3-4 stars hotels so it is definitely safe area.

The location of hotel is excellent. Opposite the maritme musuem and marine and 2 minute walk to restaurant and bars. We had an apartment and it was very spacious with great views over the marina. The greeting we got on arrivial was great, excellent customer service!

Great check-in procedure, secure parking and very well equipped, roomy and comfortable apartment, made this stay very pleasant. The airconditioning, so necessary in Townsville, worked well. The kitchen was terrific but there were also many restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

My special requests regarding our room to cater to the need of an elderly family member's ease of access were met instantly and always with complete approval. Also, the most unexpected upgrade was most appreciated.
